Orders and Shipping

Is the product of good quality?

The Issuperclonewatches team promises that our replica watches are the best. Your friends or relatives will find it difficult to tell the difference between the replica and the original. For the same price, our quality is unmatched, allowing you to compare with other sellers confidently.

How to order?

Please add the product to your shopping cart and submit your order. You will receive an order number, then contact our customer service for payment information. Our customer service will respond within 5 minutes.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Check your email; there should usually be a tracking number email. The package will be delivered in approximately 8-13 days. If there are customs inspections or weather factors, the package may be delayed. If it has not been delivered within 25 days, please contact customer service, and we will arrange for a reshipment or a refund.

How much is shipping?

Base shipping fee is $20, shipping fee is $10 per watch.

What should you do if your package is destroyed or lost by customs?

If the package stops updating or is destroyed by customs, please contact our customer service for a reshipment. (If UPS or FedEx shows the package as delivered, it is considered delivered.)

If I order more than 2 items, will my order be packaged and shipped together?

They may be shipped in separate packages, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided once shipped.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

We accept returns as long as the product is in resalable condition. Please note, our products come from China, and the return address is in China.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 90% of countries, except for those in Africa and remote island nations.

Do you accept whosale or dropshipping?

For wholesale inquiries, please contact our customer service.

For dropshipping, please place the order using the customerā€™s address directly. We will not include any information related to our company.

What types of payment methods do you accept?

All available payment methods will be listed on the checkout page.

Why haven't I received my tracking number after a few days?

The package needs to be shipped from the logistics warehouse to your country, which typically takes around 7-10 days. Tracking updates will occur once the package arrives in your country/region and is collected by the courier.

What is your return policy?

Please contact customer service to obtain the return address. (The return address is in China, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.)

I received the wrong item

If there is an error with the color or product, we can arrange for a reshipment. However, you will need to return the item.

We will provide you with the return address and cover the shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged

If the watch box is damaged, we will not file any claims.
If there are quality issues with the product, we can offer a refund or resend it.

Where should I mail the authorized return?

Please contact customer service to obtain the return address. (The return address is in China, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.)

If I entered the wrong delivery address, what should I do?

Cancellation of orders may incur a cancellation fee as we need to make payment to the financial service provider.

Yes, you can.

Can I get refund?
  • You can receive a refund before the order is shipped or after returning the item. (Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.)
